Chicken pox?

Does this look like the start of chicken pox? We've had no fever or other symptoms but it was going around older brother's nursery. This is a 4 month old. These appeared this morning. Thank you.

Looks like it could possibly be but hard to tell. Are the spots blisters? My daughter caught it at 6 months. She had just one blister like spot for 2 days before other symptoms.

Thanks @watersoul it looks more like a pimple than a blister so far. Did it spread for your daughter? What other symptoms started? Thanks

It did spread but the first spot was quite a big blister so hopefully it's not that. She had a fever after 2 days and then yes they spread quite rapidly.
