16 month old DD shrieking in her sleep

As the title says, no temp, fast asleep and quick to settle again. Any ideas wise MN it's scaring me as the house is so quiet (normally) at night. Had 4 episodes of it tonight so far!!

Night terrors? There was a thread on here about a week ago. I’ll try to find it.

In my experience either teeth or they’re about to start doing something new (walking, more words etc).
