Pushchair for 6 year old

Are there any pushchairs that work for 6/7 year olds?

DS(5) is growing out of his current one (Joie), I can tell it's struggling with the load. He has a disability such that his legs stiffen up so he can sometimes find it very hard to walk/stand eg right now as we're struggling through an airport 🙈

He can get a wheelchair through the NHS but a pushchair would be more convenient if possible

The Baby Jogger City Mini and Phil & Teds double buggies (used as a single) are both large and sturdy enough for 6yos.

There are loads depending on what you want/need. For example, Maclaren Major, Excel Elise, Mobiquip XL, Special Tomato EIO, Special Tomato jogger, Swifty, Snappi, Snazzi.
