working on last assignment of the year!!

i'm sat here working on my last assignment of my first year- wow how quick does the time go??!!
i just have to make 10 annotated bibliographys sort it out with a conetents page- then i'm done!!
will only have left my revision for my exam

anyone else nearly there now??

Nearly at the end of my second year of OU, but I know I have to step up the pace next year... the last few months have flown, and I have one TMA and 2 CMAs to do (and have left myself with 2 weeks to do the final 6 weeks worth of study!)

it doesnt matter how you study does it, brick building or distance, things always get left to last minute. i finished off at midnight last night its due in today!

i need to step up the pace next year as well, this year i just needed any pass to get through to the next. 2nd year counts towrds my final mark and i really want a 2:1, so need to do loads more work. am intending to spend soometime this summer working on how to improve by making my essay skills better.- comments on most of work this year suggest i need to improve my academic writing. so need to try and "fix" that

Got three weeks to go until the end of my first year. I still have 2 x 4000 words essays, one assignment and one exam to go.

Can't believe how fast the first year has gone.

What marks have you been getting this year dylsmum? If you are looking to improve your marks I would recommend this book

How to get a first

my marks have ranged from 49-70!dont know if classification of marks change from uni to uni, so its from a third to a first and anything in between LOL i've managed this year. thanks for book recomendation. i'll see if library have t if not, i'll buy it anything has to help

My first essay was a third (didn't really understand what was expected) since then I've had 2:1s and Firsts.

My highest mark was 82%. The book definatly helped me understand what the tutors were looking for in an essay. Highly recommend it.

have ordered the book to "peruse" over the summer break so hopefully i can acheive more next year

My last assignment is an essay due at the end of May on Managing Children's Behaviour!! Haven't even started it yet ;)
