I need some tips from mums please, words of wisdom, anything really. I have DS who is 3.5 and won’t leave me alone to do anything, super whingey and demanding, very particular about how things are, won’t sit still, always up to mischief. He touches me and bashes into me constantly I think he can tell I don’t like noise so really turns up the volume I feel so sensed out. Just not enjoying parenting right now please tell me it’ll get easier 🙏. Also have 1 year old baby.

Sounds like he's neurodivergent, maybe autistic and/or adhd. May be seeking sensory input by bashing into you and making noise, he's not doing it to annoy you. Can you get some loop earplugs to help with the noise overload? Increase predictability and routine as much as possible. Use visuals like daily timetables and timers. Do you have any help or support?

Honestly OP, I doubt he's doing it just to annoy you. It's really common for 3 year olds to be loud! These are hard ages - it will definitely get easier for you. Hang in there!

Thank for for replies. Yes his childcare setting have suggested a referral, as he is our first we weren’t sure but suspected.
I’ll have a look at the loop ear plugs thanks.
Yes I can’t complain both sets of grandparents are local and help as husband works away.
