Is there anyone else who has a toddler around 2 years who just started twitching in their sleep? My daughter (21 months) is teething really bad, getting her first molars in and I believe also going through a sleep regression as well. Well as of 2 weeks or so ago, she started twitching or moving in her sleep. Her fingers, toes and sometimes arms and legs. It is very brief but the whole time she is asleep. It does not wake her up or anything. She even does it during her naps.
