Teething lumps on gums?

I just noticed these lumps on my baby’s (5 months) upper gum (same each side). I don’t think they were there before.
Anyone know what they could be? Baby is mostly breastfed but has stopped taking a bottle and sucking his thumb (he used to do this to self soothe) and wondering if these could be causing discomfort.

Teeth?

Teeth!

Thanks. We can’t see any signs of the bottom middle teeth coming through yet (I understand those would be first). Is that normal?

If you touch the lumps are they hard?

Sarmhdkr · 20/12/2024 17:36

Yes they feel hard

They don’t always come through in the typical order.
