Stopping breastfeeding at 6 months

DD is 6 months next week and still feeds 9-12 times per day I've increased her formula feeds as she was having 1 anyway and will take a bottle, so now she has 3 bottles per day but still wants the breast which is obviously for comfort
She feeds to sleep and it's a massive struggle to get her to sleep any other way especially overnight when she wakes 2-3 times, she only feeds for a couple of minutes so I know she isn't hungry in the night..
Any tips on how I can wean her off me without it being too stressful for either of us?

Stop offering in the night, offer water in a sippy cup or little cracker (when she's eating), this will help her realise no milk and build up attachment to a comforter/special song for those moments too..then start reducing the day ones although you might want to get her going with solids first and her milk intake should reduce naturally...
At that stage I was only feeding 6 times a day max so you could look at her day feeds and see when she's hungry/versus feeding for comfort and then refuse those comfort feeds too but all gradually
