How on earth do you get twins to sleep in sync??

My twins are just over 3 months old. Both have had reflux particularly twin 1 who is now on medication for this. Previously he couldn't lie flat without screaming in pain which I think has probably exacerbated his current sleep issues. Their sleep day and night has been a challenge from day one as a result. Twin 2 can sometimes have longer naps (a few hours) once you can get him to sleep but twin 1 is an absolute nightmare to get to sleep and often wakes after a very short nap. I've tried walking around with the pram which usually results in them waking the minute we get home (if they even fall asleep!), bouncing them endlessly in bouncers, holding and shushing them, taking them to the bedroom with white noise and sleep sacks for naps. I've not yet tried driving around but will probably try that soon. I'm a single mum and absolutely exhausted.
Sleep at night is another issue with frequent wakings but I cant even catch up on sleep or anything else (!) during the day as I can't get twin 1 to sleep for any length of time. I'm sure he's overtired which isnt helping.
What the hell do I do? I really don't want to leave them to cry it out but really don't know how to continue like this.

I can completely sympathise I had the same with my twins. And think reflux is a huge issue (both of mine suffered). I managed to get them into a nap routine by doing all naps in the pram. I had the pram in the conservatory and had the carrycots inclined so not flat. Then would rock to sleep. Once asleep they stayed asleep. There is a rocker accessory that rocks the pram (never used this myself but other mums love it).

I think it was around 4-5 months I eventually got them into a bit of a nap routine (although can't be sure as this time is a little bit of a blur!)

Night sleep was harder and would take me rocking one twin (with head raised) whilst husband did the other. We also from around 4 months tried to push back the night time feeds because they wouldn't go back to sleep after feeding. So would feed at 11pm ish and then 4.30-5.

Also what medication are they on and is it working? It took a long time and lots of trial and error to improve the reflux

It is really hard you are doing so well
