Does this sound like silent reflux?

DS is almost 5 months and since birth he has been congested over night. The congestion seems to be all up in his sinuses as there’s never any obvious snot or mucous but he really struggles to breathe through his nose. His sleep has been very up and down, some nights we can get a long stretch out of him but recently he’s waking hourly and he seems to be in discomfort. He will usually fall back asleep if I breastfeed him but then he will wake when he’s transferred or wake an hour or so after being put down. Initially I thought it was wind but I’m now wondering if the congestion is due to reflux. He does have reflux during the day which causes him to gag and cough. He sleeps in the car seat or the carrier during the day but he used to scream when in the bassinet pram. We noticed his sleep improved when he learned to roll and sleep on his stomach but now he’s back to hourly wake ups. He’s generally a happy and laid back baby.

He’s breastfed with 1 bottle of formula before bed. As he’s getting older he’s becoming more distracted throughout the day and feeding more in the evening so the size of the bottle has increased (I think he’s on 210ml) and then feeding from me.

Id like to try and change our routine first and fine one that’s kinder on his stomach before moving straight to medicine. Does anyone have any advice of something that worked for them? I’m thinking of moving the bottle earlier in the evening or even giving it in 2 smaller feeds spread over the evening.
