Please tell me I’m not in the wrong for not letting my one year old stay a night or few days with his alcoholic dad? Because again he’s saying he will take me to court and it could take a year or two years till he takes me to court! I don’t wanna get back with him and he knows that, he isn’t supportive, he’s verbally abusive and mentally, he speaks about our child like he isn’t even his or like a dog and he says it’s dark humour but I find it insulting. He doesn’t have any money he’s on benefits and he thinks when all his debt is rit off next year he will be financially stable but yet doesn’t wanna go back to work 🤦🏻‍♀️ I feel so sick that the court could take his side I have evidence to back me up and also family and friends.

Keep evidence of everything he says. Sounds unlikely a court would find in his favour. Seek legal advice, Google how to get for free if you need.

I’ve been keeping a log from September since I left and I’ve been updating it ever since. He picks and chooses to when he wants us around, and when we do go he drinks, listens to music then falls to sleep and then the next day he’s ill and then lays in bed all day or just cooks food then he’s ready to lay down
