Ex Co parent nightmare- Don't know what to do

So me and my ex share a 4 year old daughter. We have an agreement where I do Sunday evenings until Friday early morning or sometimes Thursday evening, usually this works well, but recently he has decided he's going to do what he wants.
hes satrted picking her up from school on days whuch ate my days or dropping her back latwr than he should, eating into my time with her. He's joined the army reserves, and has been away for 2 weeks now but has only informed me of this a few days before!! He's thrown me off so many times and not stuck to the schedule, now I don't know whats coming. I work over the time he has our daughter so this has caused me lots of trouble trying to find childcare During the time when im working. He won't pay me any child maintenance money either, not willingly.
I'm at a loss as to what to do. I've contacted the child maintenance service and some people have suggested a court order but still I don't know whether that would work. I'm so frustrated, I would never dare treat him like this

Go to court and put forward a proposal of what you want it to look like. Both parties then agree to follow it.
