Baby is 13 months, she has always gone to sleep in her cot with zero issues. She has always been able to put herself to sleep, we have some milk and a cuddle then I put her down and off to sleep she goes. I went back to work after maternity leave recently and since then she will not go into her cot unless she's fallen asleep in my arms. She clings on and cries and tries to climb out of her cot when I try to put her down.
I really don't want to let her cry it out, I have tried lying her in her cot and rubbing her back to let her know I'm still there but she jumps up and cries.
I know this is most likely a reaction to not being with me all day, but she is with her grandparents when I work so she gets so much love and attention.
Anyone have any ideas on how to help with bedtime
