Tic in 3 year old?

Hi,
Last year exactly a year ago my son developed a blinking tic (I think this was something he got after having Covid) it lasted 3 weeks and went away. Well the last month my son has been unwell with croup and it could have actually been Covid, following that he's developed this weird thing where he blows air out of his nose to sort of clear it and he pinches his nose and blows like you would do if you had a runny nose. And in the last 3 days he's picked up this strange thing of looking down every few minutes, it's not a blink exactly, it's quite subtle, nursery haven't noticed it even though I have flagged it. But my husband and I have noticed it.

I have no other worries in any aspect of his development.

I'm just really nervous about what's happening? And if it's some sort of tic disorder?
Any advice welcome please x
