Nuk bottle teats

My 8 week old baby girl uses nuk bottles with the slow flow silicone teats, she is formula fed. She usually has anything between 3-4 oz of formula every 2-3 hours and mostly when she is having her bottle she is fine for the first bit but after iv winded her halfway through she usually doesn't want the rest of the bottle, she will cry like she wants it but refuses the bottle and I then give her the dummy and she might be settled or might stay awake. Usually she isn't settled between feeds and can stay awake until she wants a bottle 2 hours later where she might have another 4oz or might only take 2-3oz before falling asleep. She doesn't seem to work particularly hard for the milk but is very windy and it's when she refuses the rest of the milk but seems hungry that confuses me. Iv tried the medium flow tests but she started coughing a lot on them or bringing up milk so don't think she is ready for them but if I was to try them again for her how long does it usually take for her to get used to the new teat size? I don't want to be struggling with her during night feeds but I also don't want to stick to the slow flow tests of it is too slow for her
Many thanks

Also she doesn't seem to take too long to drink before she gives up/has enough. Feeding and playing, winding and changing nappy usually takes 1-1.5 hours each time. She sometimes goes a bit longer at night between feeds but I'm wondering if she was to take larger amounts of formula would she start sleeping through the night?
