Sen child and my anxiety

So I have a child who has autism. He's 6. Ive had a really rough few years, with getting a diagnosis and the fight to get into a specialist school. He got into a special school and is doing ok. He really likes it there and the majority of the time he has no issues. I do get phone calls occasionally as he can show some behaviours (hitting/biting other children if they get into his personal space or take things off him). I had to drastically reduce my hours at work when he started school due to SEN schools not having the option for after school clubs and not having family who are available to help out. So now I do a few hours in the week and some at weekends. The issue is I am constantly anxious. I'm constantly worried about him, and if I will get a phone call from school to the point I've had to change school ring tone as I was panicking everytime my phone rang. The amount of anxiety I'm feeling is getting too much now and I'm worried it will make me ill. I've considered going to the doctors but I don't even know if there's anything I can be prescribed to help with this feeling. I'm also terrified it will draw attention to me that I'm not coping because I am coping, and I'm not depressed, I'm anxious. My anxiety lessens if I'm busy or out, but I cant go out too much in the week because of finances especially with the drop in hours I've taken since he started school. I'm just looking for advice really ❤️
