As the title suggests. It does feel like we did. We are the proud new parents to a new born and I have to say they WERE NOT!! kidding about the sleepless nights aspect. It's our first time home with them and it has definitely been a learning experience.

Sleep in shifts. One of you holds the baby and the other sleeps. 24 hours a day. If you are bf, you get to do the bulk of the sleeping because you need it more. Don’t be trying to host people or get out and do things. Literally one of you should always be sleeping. When you’re doing the feeds, your partner brings you food so you can eat.
