My girls just turned 5 months and her wake windows are 1hour30 to 1hour45 max! Is this normal ? I see similar babies staying awake for 3 hours! If I try get her to stay up more shes frantic

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

That length sounds normal for her age.
Remember all babies are different and the wake windows are very much just a guide. Some babies can stay awake for long periods at five months, others need that rest time.
As long as your baby is happy, you’re doing great.

Two of my four had those wake Windows at that age. They didn't totally stop napping till they turned 4! Whereas my eldest would do 3 hours at that age and stopped napping just after she turned two.

There's a wide range of normal, the most important thing is that baby is getting what they need. If she gets frantic don't keep her up!

Mine was the same at 5 months! He’s now coming up 7 months and only does 2-2.5 hrs max. They are all different 😊 x
