Teething poo??

Hi ,
baby is 16 weeks but will be 4 months next week. I’m sure she has started teething she’s so drooly since 8 weeks and have seen dots on her gums where the teeth would come in, and some gums are just pure white at the moment

she has started to poo like this , is it teething poo or is it an allergy? She is EBF

Does she seem uncomfortable at all or have any other symptoms? How many nappies has she had like this and over how many days?

I’m no expert as I only have 1 child and she was formula fed but her nappies definitely got looser around teething. Having said that, there are other things it could be and it’s worth keeping a close eye on her/her nappies and if you have any doubts or worries there’s no harm contacting a dr/hv
