Cleaning bums - water?

Baby due any day, consequently worrying about minutiae!

When cleaning baby's bum (etc.) when nappy-changing, does the water need to be cooled boiled water?
Or is that just for cleaning newborns eyes?
Or are both of those unnecessary?

Tap water fine... don't use wipes. Sterile water prob best for new born eyes though: they very often have blocked tear ducts
