Please can anyone recommend a good multivitamin spray for kids? The Better You tastes horrible and we need to try another for our child who has restricted diet. Thank you

Is the restricted diet because of ARFID?

I don't know

How old is your child? Does it have to be a spray?

We had chewable tablets last time which the kids didn’t like but we have gummies coming this time which they should

I've not used a spray either so can't advise on that sorry. I do have one with ARFID and after several trials they settled on one particular gummy type of vitamin supplement.

Hope you find what you want Flowers

We use gummies but they are very sugary and a doctor we saw recommended using sprays instead. That's why I'm asking as I read that the Better You spray taste isn't nice.

My child is 5. We tried a chewable but both children hated the taste.

I think sometimes you have to be a bit flexible with regards to sugar in a vitamin. Giving them a gummy vitamin is better than none at all

I BBC think this too. You could always let them have it before you brush their teeth if sugar is something that you're particularly worried about.

Is it the child’s better you one that your DC doesn’t like the taste of? As the adult versions have dosage instructions on their website for most of their products from age 3+. My 3 year old has the iron spray (pomegranate flavour) and b complex spray (peach and apricot I think). He’s had the child’s multivitamin spray but didn’t like the taste, so now he has those and a chewy mutivitamin/omega 3 combo sweet thing.
