Baby mucusy sick

Baby is 5m old. Was never really much of a sicker but recently brings up mouthfuls of thick, stringy sick between feeds. Almost like jellied curdled milk.

Anyone else had anything similar. I’m guessing it’s just mucus shifting but he’s not overly congested from what I can see.

Both of mine were not sicky babies but started randomly puking around that age too. (Usually conveniently after one or both of us had just put in clean clothes 🙄)

I think as long as they don't seem in pain/distressed/tummy ache etc then it's just one of those things. Could be perhaps teething and therefore swallowing more spit/mucous?
