Hi all, I was just hoping to see if anyone had any advice..
my ex partner will not have our son overnight on a weekend, I have tried everything possible to come to an agreement but no luck. I am about to start the mediation process but I’m wondering whether the fact he lives in his new partners house will make any difference to the agreements that can be made.
they haven’t got a problem with overnights in the week but will not have him on a weekend because she doesn’t have her kids.
all I am asking for is a Saturday overnight every other weekend.
