SATs workbooks

I'm thinking of buying my DS (9) some KS2 workbooks. He's currently in year 4 and is a little behind, I want him to do well in the year 6 SATs.

(I know not everyone will think I'm doing the right thing but that's not really what I'm asking).

So basically, which ones should I buy? What level are they supposed to get in year 6? is it a 4b or something?

I would go with him into WH Smith, let him browse the ones they stock, let him choose.
If you're very keen (& have the dosh) you could get him a tutor, too.
We have some KS1 ones -- they were mostly too hard 4 ds even though he got 2a-2b in his ks1 SATs (so average or better).
