Sleep regression during teething HELP

Hi all looking for some other parents experiences FTM here , my 5 1/2 month old is teething no teeth yet just pain and very red cheeks and constantly chewing her hands. I've worked really hard over the last 6 weeks to go from contact naps and rocking to sleep to gently rocking her while she is in her crib and her taking her naps there , we were so close to her self settling and then teething hit and she has had a complete regression she also had vaccines yesterday they were postponed previously (4 month vaccines) so they had to happen now very bad timing I'm also in Ireland so I think vaccines are slightly different she had men B and 6 in 1 as well as rota virus yesterday . She is poorly with a temp and just not herself, asleep in my arms as I type . In your experience do you think everything we had accomplished with her sleep has been undone ? Or when the teething and vaccines pass she might go back to settling in her cot ? I worked really hard to get her to sleep as well as she had been as she literally wouldn't sleep anywhere but my arms not the car or her buggy or her carrier so I'm really terrified we are back there again .
