Xmas celebration

My kids mother and I alternate xmas years with the kid. This is her year.
I had planned on doing xmas on xmas eve with them and my other kids. Now she is having a fit saying that it's HER year and I can't do xmas before her because then xmas won't be special. I would normally say ok and just do it the next day after xmas, but I have to work xmas and the next couple days after. Basically I would have to wait 4 days to celebrate xmas, and make my other kids wait as well. That doesn't seem fair. I'm not a petty person and I wouldn't even care if she did xmas before me on my year with the kid.
Am I in the wrong here?
