Recently my darling son has been having really intense tantrums. He will pull my hair and slap my face, if he cant reach me he has taken to swiping things off the table or sofa, whatever is closer. He is normally a very content and happy boy who gives lots of cuddles.
I have tried saying no and walking away, ignoring him and detracting him.
He has only just learnt to walk and it limited on speech, he just says a few words. I am not sure if he is frustrated that he cant communicate with us.
Can anyone offer advise? I just feel like I am letting him down somehow.
