Chicken pox or bug bites?

Hello, I'll try and attach some pictures.
I'm not sure if these are a very mild case of chicken pox or bug bites.
There are a few more coming up this morning but nothing massive (like expected). He's not under the weather, no temp etc.
He's never had them before either so aware it may be.

I’m thinking chicken pox going by the first picture. They start off tiny with a blister head. My dd had one on her chest in the morning and by lunchtime she was covered in them.

The first picture is very chickenpox like. The little blisters are appearing.

After the blister stage they go scabby and dark.

It can take several days for all the spots to appear.
