How to help sicky baby?

My youngest daughter is a very sicky baby.
We’ve been pacing her feeds as without it she will projectile vomit the entire bottle back up but even with pacing she still brings smaller amounts up loads between feeds.
She’s very content and happy despite the sickness and she’s gaining weight well so I don’t think it’s colic or an allergy but I don’t know what is causing it so I’m at a loss as to how to help her? She 4 months old now and it seems to be getting worse rather than better.

What does the HV say?

As she’s content and gaining weight the health visitor doesn’t seem bothered at all. She just says to keep pacing her feeds.

What makes you discount allergies?

My daughter has allergies and it has made my mum pretty certain that my sister had a dairy allergy too. She projectile vomited from the moment she went on to formula until aged 2. Then she was frequently sick until aged 40 when she went vegan and it all stopped.

Yeah I wouldn't discount a dairy allergy yet. HVs are useless, try asking your GP instead

I didn’t think the pacing would help if it is a dairy allergy?

Silent relux? Or My boy did this, they suspect it is an allergy after all as on the allergy formula he doesn't react like it. He had no symptoms other then vomiting, but now he's 6 months he is getting eczma so we are weaning dairy free in line with dietician advice.

Tongue tie? Often reflux but happy. Reflux and sad is more often allergy.

Which milk is she on @Bearybasket?
