Rash on baby…any thoughts?

5 month old has this rash on his torso today. Absolutely fine in himself, no temp, very happy. Rash bleached when pressed.

many thoughts on what it looks like??

Limbs, back and face are clear. Apart from terrible dribble rash under his chin

It look like a post viral rash but I am not a medic. Please get him checked out

Looks like a heat rash to me, but at that age I'd get it checked. NHS 111 or give your doctor a call :-)
