Recurring red marks on 2 year olds face

Does anyone have any idea what these marks could be on my 2 year olds face? We’ve been back and forth with the dr who says just dry skin, but nothing seems to help! Sometimes they’re there and sometimes not. Can’t really pinpoint what causes them to flare up though. TIA x

It looks like eczema to me. Try using Aquamax regularly on it. It was the only thing that worked on my ds’s eczema.

Did they have any tomato based food before the rash appeared? Everything ds had anything tomato based he'd have a rash similar to this got sent home from nursery a few time too with it.

Maybe eczema? My dc's skin flared up with too much bathing and hard tap water. They had showers in the end.

So did mine!

It seemed to acidic foods in the end because bbq sauce did it too!

It would get really dry.

I'd try epiderm or something similar.

Oh interesting. He does eat quite a lot of tomato based things. He doesn’t seem bothered by it at all, not itchy or anything. Did the rash tend to bother your ds? Thanks for responding

Nope, he never notices it. He's 10now and it still happens if he eats things like tomato ketchup.
