This morning when brushing 22 month old DS teeth that the bottom right side , he winced in pain and then cried. I thought I maybe brushed his gum or knocked it but he’s done it again tonight, seems to be really painful. He’s got all his teeth apart from the back molars and when I look it doesn’t seem like they are coming through though the first molar isn’t fully though. But I can’t see anything else, nothing looks red or anything. But he cried and said noo mama when I attempted so poor thing is hurting. What do you guys think , teething ?

I should mention, he has been completely fine eating today if it wasn’t for the tooth brushing I’d not know he was in pain

Mouth ulcer?

Can he point to where it hurts? DD2 definitely got pain from her molars well before I could see or feel anything.

@skkyelark thank you that is helpful, I asked where hurts and he touches the cheek on that side. But it’s only when I brush the back of his mouth, he’s fine with the first couple of teeth

@Numberninetynine ah I never thought of that! I will have another look tomorrow but I couldn’t see anything today
