Porn sounds playlist Spotify kids

Seriously, is anywhere safe for our kids? I have reported this playlist suggestion and I've received an email saying it hasn't violated anything!! FFS. Ds 12 has been listening to Beyonce, Rhianna music. I just happened to come across it this morning. I can't even remove it from his home page. I can't see an email even to contact Spotify as of course the email to say no violation is unmonitored.

I should add the content of the playlist matches the title.

I have no contacted them directly via their ironic spotifycares handle.

Can you try posting a link to it on X. Highlight it that way? Sorry not much help. They are on ther I just looked

Thanks. I put it on their FB so let's see. Children are being treated so badly by people who just don't care about them. We've already deleted YouTube because of dodgy links there. No phone yet and I'm dreading it.

It's horrible, what they can be exposed to so young. Putting it on there was probably some tits idea of a joke 🤢
Have you had a response?

Make sure you link their device via a family account when they get one. You can then manually block things and add restrictions from your phone.
If mine want an app it has to be approved by either myself or DP so we can see what they are downloading and playing. It's an email where we can say yes or no depending on what the app is and what it wants access to on the phone. Ie why does it want camera, microphone access etc.

Thanks for the feedback and tips. Yes it was all set up by my husband and is under his account. Spoke to ds who said it came on during a playlist and he stopped it and it happened again so he changed settings on 'play songs you think I'll like' or similar phrase. We will be checking this but either way it shouldn't be accessible on an U12 account.
Spotify were pretty disappointing, said they understood my concern and would review it but no, it didn't violate their rules as there are differences between cultures and sensitivities. So I responded wondering what culture thought U12's accessing porn was anything other than a Safeguarding red flag. I have googled and it seems someone else could also have accessed his account so we have changed password.. It is all just rotten.
