8 week old won't feed after first jabs

Hi everyone, my little girl who's 9 weeks old tomorrow got her jabs today. 3 jabs plus the oral one. She's been sleepy and ate fine for her two due feeds after the jabs, but just woke her up there to give her more calpol and she's refusing the breast completely. She fed for maybe about a minute then just has no interest. She last fed at 6pm and it's now almost 12am. I plan to set an alarm for 3 hours from now to see if she'll feed, I'm terrified of her becoming dehydrated. Also she's had 3 doses of calpol since, do I need to give her a fourth? The info book says only if she has a fever she needs a fourth, she hasn't had a fever so far thank god. Should I give a fourth just as a precaution or would she be done with the calpol now?

Is the lack of feeding normal? FTM panicking over here.

Update baby woke up at 1am for a feed! So so relieved, she's a hungry baby so was so stressed when she wouldn't eat. She's back asleep now hopefully the rest of the night goes well!

Hey. The nurse told me when my little boy had his jabs that the rotavirus one that goes in their mouth can interrupt their feeding a little bit. She said that he might go off his feeds.

I gave him 4 or 5 doses of calpol I think. He didn’t have a temperature either but I did it as a precaution as he seemed a bit grumpy!
Glad she’s woken up hungry, hope she gets on okay over the next few days 😊

Hi thank you for your response! I wasn't even told she would go off her feed at all I'm a little annoyed, I was so worried. Thank you for the info, baby seems normal today but gonna keep a close eye on her, glad your little one was okay! Thanks for the well wishes!
