Should I bother with anti-reflux milk?

Just wanting to gauge a few parents opinions that may have experience with this to see if it’s worth giving the HV a call

Baby has been fully formula fed for about 4 weeks now (she is now 4 months old), her reflux has been getting worse and worse since she was about 6 weeks old. She’s currently on Aptamil and is sick after most feeds even up to 2-3 hours after feeding. She is not in distress or pain at all, the sick just falls out of her mouth it’s like she doesn’t even realise she’s happy as Larry

it is spit up and not vomit- always a milky texture or watery with milk bits in it.

is it worth mixing a bit of anti reflux formula in with her current to see if it improves? I’m wary of doing it because she is so happy despite the sick. She has good weight gain- follows her trajectory perfectly.

Am I right in thinking it should improve when she starts weaning at 6 months? (Another reason why I think I should continue as we are- it’s only 7ish weeks away!)

thanks in advance
