Sickness

Any advice appreciated!
my almost two year old (21 months) was sick this evening in the car, she was a bit upset afterwards as expected, but was ok all the way home, and when we finally got home. Shes had some water, and some toast, and hasn’t been sick again (3 almost 4 hours). Could it have been motion sickness, or just something she’d eaten disagreeing with her? We’ve had a lot of sickness bugs pass through the house lately, and this just doesn’t seem like that. I have really bad emetaphobia, so obviously thinking the worse, and just hoping someone has had the same happen before and can stop my mind going wild?
thanks in advance!

Little ones like that seem to be occasionally randomly sick and unfortunately you can't always pinpoint what caused it. I know that's probably not helpful to you though sorry.
