Best products for eczema?

Can anyone recommend some good bath products and creams etc for eczema? My 3 year old little girl is really struggling with cracked, dry skin 😢 We've been using E45 body wash followed by Aveeno cream, but I feel we need something a bit stronger, particularly behind her knees and under her arms are really red and sore. Is there anything else/better that we can use? Thank you.

Have you taken her to the GP? I would recommend doing that if you haven’t and getting some creams prescribed - she might need a course of steroid cream if she is really sore in places and it’s not clearing. I have a baby who has had eczema since a newborn and know how horrible it can be to get on top of. I can recommend Epaderm cream and they make an ointment too, which I sometimes use on bad patches. Unfortunately it is trial and error, you sort of need to find what works for you. I have been advised not to use any baby wash type products, and to just use Epaderm to wash with, as well as diluting some into the bath water.
