I'm an Iranian raised in London and my DH is English. Though I try to speak Farsi to my seven month old son, it always slips into English as it's what my DS and I speak to each other. It would break my heart if my son didn't speak Farsi...my parents speak it to him, but they don't live that nearby so don't have daily contact. Are their other Iranian mum's out there in a similar position?
