Hi,
My partner tested positive for COVID yesterday morning (Tuesday 15th October 2024) and so far has had very little symptoms, these are a cold and a headache/ leg pain.
I have tested positive for COVID tonight (Wednesday 16th October 2024) as I have felt a sore throat this afternoon.

We currently have a 3.5 year old and a 4 month old baby.
Now, we are unable to self isolate ourselves from our children as they need us. My partner was previously self isolating from us all.

What is the best advice someone can provide us with as I am worried about my children getting COVID, particularly my 4 month old?

Look after your kids as normal. Practice good hygiene. Ventilate your house. There is not much else you can do.
