To wonder how I'm going to do it all

Firstly I know there are many parents also juggling these responsibilities and hats off because I just don't know how I'm going to fit it all in.
I have a 3 month old and a 3.5 DD, currently on mat leave and my DD is in childcare 4 days a week so I've got plenty of time during the day to tidy, meal prep, exercise, shop etc. But I'm looking ahead to next summer and I wonder when I'm going to do everything I want while working full time.
From September I'll be having to drop my DD off at school 4 days a week, hopefully breakfast club, and my mum doing 1 day when she looks after DS. Then on my drop off days I'll have to get DD to school, then DS to nursery which is near my work 30 mins away, go to work, then on days I'm doing pick up get my DS from nursery on the way to school. DH will be able to do pick ups if she's in after school clubs but 4 days a week it will mostly be me.
Then I'll have to come home and at some point in my evening log on for 1-2 hours to work to make up for my hours lost leaving at 245 for school pick up. I'll also have to cook dinner, then DH and I will do bath and bedtime for each, and hopefully be able to spend some together. I've no idea when I'm going to be able to exercise. All these before and after school clubs are going to seriously add up. I've already said we could do with a regular cleaner so that's ticked off but there's going to be endless washing and just the day to day clean up as well.

The thought of it already is stressing me out, how do parents do it and stay sane?!

I'm lucky my work are so flexible so if I wanted to drop my hours I very easily can, but it's whether that offsets what I would be paying for clubs. I feel like I'm spiralling already and I've not even started 😂
