Baby always lulls her head back when sleeping in carrier

My 7.5mo. baby always lulls her head backwards when sleeping in her omni 360 ergo baby and then wakes up if I adjust her to lean on my chest. Her head lulls sideways, at 90 degrees, away from me.

She sleeps correctly when on my husband in the carrier.

I am very large chested (size 16/18 chest with a 14 skirt size) and husband is a bean pole. Is there a position hack anyone knows?

She is in TICKS but it is definitely the boobs pushing her outwards - the chest to lean on is in a different position. I’ve watched a lot of videos but not found a solution.

Awake her head is in the position like this photo (slightly different carrier). It’s annoying as she isn’t staying asleep transferred to buggy/cot/ even in arms so when I move her I often lose the nap.

My guess is that she needs to sit higher. If she is sitting too low, her head will be at boob level. But positioned higher, her head should be nearer to your chin and naturally rest around your sternum. If you are quite large chested, you may need a different fitting carrier to position her correctly. My ergobaby also used to have a cover that snapped on to the shoulder straps that helped with head positioning.
