My ex ruined my life

Hi all, I'm a father who hasn't met my daughter yet, she will be 3 next year. My ex Megan waited till she was pregnant then left me, she accused me of rape, sexual abuse and child abuse. All of which was thrown out in court due to inconsistent statements no proof, also lied on her statement to police. As a father desperate to meet his first born daughter is there any advice anyone can offer up? I want a relationship with my daughter, any advice would be amazing. Thank you in advance

What a disgraceful thing your ex did. Were the allegations made public?

Go to court thats the only way.

So the case was thrown out as there was a lack of evidence, it wasn't disproven then.

If this is true then I feel sorry for you and would advise you to seek legal advice.

I am always somewhat dubious though of a man who comes to a primarily female support forum, to try to elicit advice against a woman's so called wrong doings.
