Not sure what this is

does anyone know what kind of rash is this? Could it be eczema or dermatitis or some sort if allergic reaction. LO is 4 weeks old and currently on CMPA free formula for about few days now and the rash is not improving. Its very dry and scaly its around his face aswell

Poor thing it looks sore. Have you been to the dr?

I second the idea to see the doctors. Could be many things - eczema, allergy, and there is also that rash that a lot of babies get around 4 weeks that looks like a heat rash.

Best to get a proper answer and get that little one seen to. So cute.
