Reflux and Constipation troubles. Help!!

Evening all,
I currently have a 1 month old daughter born 3 weeks early at 37+1, with reflux who was combi fed but after very little help from hv and gp's we decided to go onto Aptamil anti reflux formula completely and stop the breastmilk as she was so inconsolable afterwards until she would be sick. The formula has been great, she's not sick anymore and is gaining weight like a pro, however she is very constipated. It's very difficult to get her to sleep more than an hour at best when she was getting 2-3 hours after a feed, purely because she's so uncomfortable.

Any advice on how to help relieve her constipation and discomfort would be greatly appreciated! We're doing warm baths, stomach massage and bicycle motions with her legs and making only minimal progress😔

Have you tried cool boiled water?
Check with a GP first but mine said 2-3oz was fine. Lots of movement as well, you're probably already doing it but the more you get her moving the easier it will make things (even though it may feel like it's not working) nappy off while doing bicycle legs and legs from one side to the other. Tummy time exercises etc.

Cooled boiled water could help. But also I think lactulose can be given quite young but you'd need to check dosage with the doctor.
