Is this chicken pox?

i noticed 2 spots on my son this morning as the childminder said not to bring him as it could be chicken pox he only has two pimple like spots and they haven’t changed since this morning
we have just returned from a caravan holiday so I’m wondering if they are bites there only on his hand/arm no where else I have constantly checked all day I can’t see a blister but they are raised and red.
he’s completely fine in him self and hasn’t been ill

could they be chicken pox/bites or something else?

Sounds more like bites than CP if they aren't blistering

Look like bites to me. My experience of chicken pox is usually a collection of spots that spread throughout the day.
