why Does my child behave so different when I'm around?
For context when it's me and him he's a little angel...well the occasional three year old tantrum but maybe once a month.
when he's with just his dad he's the same.
but when we are both there him and his dad constantly but heads. He shouts at his dad, cries, won't let dad play any games, insists on sitting ON me and is generally stuck to me.
is this just normal three year old behaviours?

Are you and DP on the same page RE discipline and parenting? Is one stricter than the other and could he be picking up on that? Or just plain old attention seeking perhaps?

Yes sounds normal…. I’m guessing your the main childcare.

@Guavafish1 yeh. I only work 2 days a week and he goes to nursery.
dad works 5.
Dad is stricter. I tend to pick my battles. Dad will pick allllllll of them🙈🤣

My 3 year old boy is exactly the same. He also hates us talking or cuddles. I'm hoping he will grow out of it soon
