Hi mamas,

If my baby bottles are slightly scratched do they need replacing or safe to continue using?

The scratches aren't super obvious and otherwise in great condition.

Wondered what most people do?

No personally I'd get rid/replace with glass bottles if possible. I'd be concerned about the microplastics/bpa etc leeching when heating

Even if they're bpa free there's usually other phthalates involved

Thanks, she uses plastic cups so I have to accept a level of exposure but thanks for your advice x

I use plastic cups too. Feom my understanding it's more a concern when the plastic is cut/broken and then exposed to heat, as it can make the plastic stuff transfer into the liquid
Much like a scratched non stick pan, you'd bin it as you would be eating the coating each time
