My ex and I have been split for over four years. He sees our daughter most weekends and one day in the week. He pays nothing towards nursery and never has (it's approx £2k a month) he pays CMS which is pitiful! He is debt and I have a funny feeling when my daughter is out of nursery he will want 50:50 to avoid paying CMS! How likely will this be? He wont be able to afford court!
