Redness on my babies neck

My little girl is 11 weeks old and has redness on the skins folds on her neck, it’s quite hard to see. I think it is from milk dribbles or possibly sweat? I have put some sudocream on it (that is the white looking stuff on the picture). Is there anything else that would better to use? Any recommendations please🙏🏻🙏🏻 it doesn’t seem to be bothering her but I just don’t want it to get any worse

Looks like a milk/drool rash to me. I used either sudocream or caneston when my kids were tiny. Make sure bibs are up high to try and catch the worst of any milk spillages.

Weleda nappy cream, clears it in a few hours. Like pp said try make sure area is dry after feeding and bathing!
