What cups do you use? I'd prefer a free flow one or a straw one but some straw ones you can't put warm milk in as the pressure makes it spout out

Always used a Tommy tipple type one.

We used munchkin 360 at 12 months which can be free flow if you remove the silicone lid. We also started practising with an open cup and quite quickly moved onto that.

We go for the simple Tommie Tippee ones. Look for something easy to clean as milk residue can easily grow harmful bacteria and mould. Don’t like straw cups for milk for this reason as I can’t be bothered cleaning inside the straws.

Even at 2 open cups are still a no for us as she takes a drink and then plays with rest and tips it out on her plate or the floor.

It's ten years ago now but we used beaker style sippy cups from the Cow Cup range. We binned the bottles the day after DC turned a year old.

Also eased the DC into drinking milk at room temperature before they were a year old, then mixed formula with cows milk, gradually reducing formula and increasing cows milk over a couple of weeks.

Yea the simple Tommy tippee ones and Morrisons do a similar one that I like
